The major Flourish Mountains organ that works in economic growth field with a unique mandate to lead and oversees the designed programs, policies or activities that seek to improve the economic well-being and quality of life for a community through efforts that entail job creation, job retention and quality of life.
Programs are developed and implemented properly and enhancing the prosperity and quality of life for all residents. The commission works to advise standing committees, sub-committees, task groups, volunteers and staff on ongoing community and economic development related issues and activities.
To assist existing and new businesses located in a particular geographic area through a variety of activities including grants, provision of information and expertise.
