Lack of access to safe water sources is a leading risk factor for infectious diseases, including cholera, diarrhea, dysentery, hepatitis A, typhoid, and polio. We all as human depends on clean water, for manufacturing, farming, tourism, recreation, and other economic sectors need clean water to function and flourish.
The rural population in the Nuba Mountains are mainly dependent on the seasonal rainy water and in the dry season they extremely suffer from the access of clean water.
We need clean water to have healthy communities, stay physically healthy, and prevent diseases caused by lack of adequate water, sanitation and hygiene.
