Entrepreneurships

Strenthen economy by providing locally produced goods and services

A world without entrepreneurships could have many negative consequences., including but limited to:

  • Lack of innovation: People would still use outdated technology and services, and there would be few new products. For example, without Steve Jobs’ innovation, we might not have streaming services.
  • Lower standard of living: Entrepreneurship promotes economic growth and provides access to goods and services, which can improve the overall standard of living. Without entrepreneurs, there would be few gains in this area.
  • Fewer employment opportunities: Availability of more businesses create more than 50% of employment opportunities in any society, so without them, the world could become more poverty-stricken.

In an attempt to safeguard our cornerstone mission for rebuilding, sustainable, resilient, safer and dignified society, the recognition of the importance of entrepreneurship which is aiming to build better financial stability. Through this, the nation also benefits by enjoying economic growth. The benefits of entrepreneurship to the entrepreneur are attaining skill sets, financial freedom, and networking with influential people.  The importance of entrepreneurship can be seen in all aspects, such as the economy and business. Entrepreneurship has helped build our society into what it is today with their hard work behind every successful company or inventions that came about because they took risks which made them succeed. The benefits of entrepreneurship acts as a key driver of economic growth and innovation, and it can have many important effects on society, including:

  • Creating New Business: As entrepreneurs start and grow businesses, they often need to hire employees to meet demand. Entrepreneurs are the driving force behind our economy, and their innovative ideas have a huge impact on both job creation as well as economic growth. When an entrepreneur creates something new like path-breaker offerings for instance; they not only provide consumers with quality products but also create employment opportunities which can lead to further development in other sectors of business or industry related jobs. Entrepreneurs being the backbone of our economy, it is important that we remember the value of entrepreneurship. The stimulation of related businesses and sectors can have an even greater effect on our economy than just one company would alone.
  • Creating Social Change: Freedom and innovation go hand in glove. Through their unique offerings of new goods, entrepreneurs break away from tradition. They reduce dependence on obsolete systems by providing quality replacements that improve our lives overall as well increase morale among consumers who can think critically about what they need or want without being tightly tied down with legacy practices.
  • Promoting Innovation: Entrepreneurship can lead to technological progress that can help drive national development. Entrepreneurs can also use creativity to come up with new ideas and improve products and services.
  • Wealth Creation: Entrepreneurs can use idle resources to develop new assets and create wealth.
  • Adaptability: Entrepreneurs who can change direction or plans can stay ahead of competitors and have a more dynamic approach to business.
  • Community development: Entrepreneurship can promote community development and contribute to social welfare. In addition, they provide financial support when donating money so that these projects can continue expanding beyond just what was accomplished by the original founders. They are often willing donors when it comes time for funding local charities or projects because they want others in society who can benefit from these ideas too! This way there is more innovation coming out of nowhere with new ideas being successful because someone else invested into them too.

We committed to support entrepreneurship in marginalized communities by:

  • Providing funding: Local residents, businesses, and philanthropic organizations can contribute to community funds that provide grants or seed funding to social entrepreneurs. Government support can also increase the effectiveness of these funds.
  • Creating platforms: Create spaces where marginalized entrepreneurs can showcase their businesses and connect with potential customers and partners. This could include online directories, marketplaces, and events.
  • Providing skills training: Provide access to skills training on enterprise development to help vulnerable groups start or improve their businesses.
  • Build relationships: Build relationships with marginalized communities based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. You can do this by using active listening, open-ended questions, affirmations, and reflections, as well as acknowledging their strengths, resilience, and expertise.
